Candidates
Do I pay to apply for a job?
Applying on our website is free. Any lawful processing costs, such as medical tests or passport fees, are explained clearly by our team before you proceed.
Which documents do I need?
A valid passport, your CV, academic or trade certificates, a police clearance certificate, passport size photographs and a medical fitness report from an approved clinic.
How do I know the status of my application?
Use the Track page with the reference number from your confirmation email, or open the tracking link in that email. You also receive an email at every stage.
What are the online assessments?
Some jobs include a short timed aptitude or preliminary test. You receive a secure link by email after applying. Results are instant and go to our recruiters.
Can I choose my interview time?
Yes. Shortlisted candidates receive a booking link to pick an available slot, add it to their calendar and reschedule if needed.
Employers
How fast can you supply workers?
It depends on the role and the destination country. After receiving your request we share a proposal with timelines within one working day.
How do you screen candidates?
Each application is scored on skills, experience, education, documents and assessment results, then reviewed by our recruiters and interviewed before you meet them.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We are registered under the Companies Act 2002 (No. 40848) and licensed as a Private Employment Promotion Services Agency by the Ministry of Labour.
